Permission to host/sanctioning form
While we offer online applications WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!! Please plan mailing time when completing your registration. COMPLETING THE ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM STEP 1: Complete the application. ALL REQUIRED FIELDS MUST BE FILLED IN or the application will not be accepted. BE SURE TO SUPPLY AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS RELIABLE AND ACCURATE as this is the ONLY way we will contact you if your team is accepted. STEP 2: Once you hit Submit, your application will be sent to the tournament. THE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED if you do not supply an email address or fail to check the verification boxes at the very end of the form. STEP 3: When you submit your application, you will be given a web page that contains your Team ID Number. You should make two copies, one to keep on file and one to mail with your fees. YOU WILL NEED YOUR TEAM ID NUMBER TO CHECK YOUR STATUS, CONFIRM IF ACCEPTED, MODIFY YOUR APPLICATION... pretty much anything that has to do with the tournament. As this is also your private log-in code, you should be careful about who has access to it. STEP 4: Pick up your email. You should have a completed application certificate for each team in case you couldn't print the page on Step 3. NOTE: Many e-mail providers like AOL, Yahoo, MSN and HotMail offer spam filters to reduce your junk e-mail. If you use such a service, you may experience troubles receiving e-mail confirmation and other tournament communications. To ensure that you receive all tournament messages, please set your e-mail filter settings to receive messages from this tournament, and also keep a close eye on your "junk" folder for any tournament related messages that may still have been filtered. Thank you.
Division Ages Please use the table below to verify your age group BEFORE proceeding to the registration form. Your application will not be accepted by the on-line registration system if the DOB of the oldest player is not consistent with the selected age group. This is a FALL tournament.

SPAM MESSAGE: More and more ISPs are blocking email AT THEIR SERVER which means you MAY NOT GET a confirmation via email for your application. (Please print your confirmation page to make sure you have a record of your TeamID and application.)
Internet providers are starting to decide unilaterally what is spam and what is not, regardless of what you — their customers — thinks is spam. A common cause we've discovered is, if you submit applications for multiple teams, and you use the same email address for each, your confirmation emails may be tagged by your Internet provider as spam.
This is frustrating, but now a fact of email life. If you are not getting your confirmation emails and you are certain your email address is correct, DO NOT CONTACT THE CINCYCHALLENGE. There is nothing we can do to ensure the email is RECEIVED, only that it was SENT by our registration system. You should first check to make sure the email is correct, as many times, that is the cause.
The worst offenders to date are: aol.com, comcast.com, verizon.net, rr.com, wowway.com and yahoo.com. This list will probably grow as spam gets even worse. If you are using an email address from one of these Internet providers, you may want to set up a special email address with another provider for tournaments.
We are doing all we can to ensure emails are able to be sent to you, but you should start checking your Message Center by logging into your team application. If the CincyChallenge sends you an email (such as acceptance, registration, schedule, etc) it will ALWAYS write to your Message Center, even if your Internet provider fails to deliver your email. Thank you.
